• Secured the exemption of homeowners in the contractor licensing ordinance before adoption.
• Wrote the charter amendment and ordinance you approved which prevents the Council from using water and sewer revenues for any other purposes.
• Wrote the citizen ordinance and lead the effort which compelled the Council to submit the first recreation building project to you at the January 2005 election.
• Proved to the Council and staff by utilizing my experience and contacts that repaving Huron without stopping the encroachment of Croke Reservoir was a major engineering mistake.
